Placet is a Korean B2B SaaS targeting 공인중개사 (licensed real estate agents) and large brokerage / franchise organizations (중개법인, 프랜차이즈). The product focuses on three pillars: (1) AI listing-entry automation that turns photos, screenshots, 등기부등본, or Excel rows into structured listings; (2) cross-portal advertising via a Chrome extension that posts to 직방, 다방, and 네이버부동산 simultaneously; (3) office-level collaboration with tree-structured organizations (본사 / 분사무소 / 파트너스), role-based access, shared listings and customers, and project-level permissions.
